Almost every feature is available from the Nectar plan onwards. Plans differ mainly by quotas (active patients, questionnaires, documents and AI analyses): everything is unlimited on Nectar Max. A few advanced features are reserved for higher plans: video consultations, blood test analysis, broadcast messages and the email recap from Nectar Pro onwards; free patient-base import, workflow automation and advanced customization on Nectar Max.

No, by design. The AI identifies the foods in the photo and suggests entries from the Nectar database, our own database built by cross-referencing CIQUAL and USDA and enriched with retail, restaurant and bakery products: it never computes a nutritional value itself. You tick what is right, adjust a quantity, swap a misread food. Nothing reaches the diary without your validation, or your patient's if they use the add-on in their app.

Your plan includes a monthly AI-analysis allowance at no extra cost: 20 on Nectar, 100 on Nectar Pro, 500 on Nectar Max. One counter covers photo analysis from your workspace, generating an AI follow-up, importing a recipe with AI and, from Nectar Pro, analysing a blood test, you split it as you like. The counter is visible in your workspace and resets every month. Analyses your patients run from their own app fall under the dedicated add-on and do not count against your allowance.

No. You switch it on patient by patient, and it is billed only for those it is active on, at €2.99 per patient per month. Your workspace shows how many patients are covered and how many analyses were run.

Yes, on every plan and with no limit on how many. You build a recipe in the editor, or import it with AI from a link or pasted text, either way you review the draft before saving. Every recipe is analysed across the 70+ nutrients like any other food, and you choose which patients see it in their app. Only the AI import draws from your monthly analysis allowance; a recipe typed by hand costs nothing.

It is a one-click read on a patient before the consultation: their diary adherence, what deserves your attention, the goals you had set. Every point cites a dated data source you can open in the record, and you drop the ones you keep into the consultation report. It does not judge the plate: no food and no calorie is sent to the model, and the data sent is pseudonymised. It is included in every plan and draws one AI analysis from your monthly allowance.

You start the call from Nectar, or schedule it: your patient receives the link and a reminder just before the appointment. They join from the Nectar app, or from a browser through the emailed link, with no account and nothing to install, and can enter the waiting room 15 minutes early. The call is end-to-end encrypted, hosted in France by an HDS-certified (French health data) host, and nothing is recorded. Video consultations are included in Nectar Pro (10 per month, counter reset on the 1st of each month, remaining calls shown in your workspace) and unlimited on Nectar Max.

Yes, from Nectar Pro. You import the lab's PDF: the AI extracts the values of 43 markers, with no name or identifier sent, you review and validate, then each marker is tracked over time against the lab's reference ranges. Nectar does not interpret results. Each test counts as one AI analysis.

Your Nectar plan only counts active patients. You can archive patients whose support has ended.

Depending on your plan, you may be limited by the number of patients. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
