Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the conditions of access, use, and commercialization of Nectar software, intended for nutrition and dietetics professionals.

2. Acceptance

Using the Nectar platform implies full and complete acceptance of these terms. The user acknowledges having reviewed them before accessing the service.

3. Service Description

Nectar is a professional software enabling dietitians and nutritionists to:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret patient nutritional data
  • Monitor and create personalized dietary profiles

The service is accessed through a professional web interface.

4. Access and Security

Users access their account via personal, secured credentials. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity related to their account.

5. Pricing and Subscriptions

Nectar offers two subscription plans:

  • Nectar: 10 active patients — €29/month (inc. tax)
  • Nectar Pro: Unlimited patients — €49/month (inc. tax)

An active patient is defined as having had at least one interaction during the month.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is made monthly by credit card through a secure third-party payment provider. Any pricing changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Users may cancel before the end of the current period if they disagree with the changes.

7. Service Evolution

Nectar reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features, which may affect the user experience.

8. Responsibilities

Nectar provides rigorous data but does not replace medical consultation. Professionals remain responsible for guiding their patients.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Data is hosted in France. Nectar complies with GDPR and healthcare data regulations. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed. Users may cancel at any time from their personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

11. Access Suspension

Nectar reserves the right to suspend access in case of non-payment, violation of these terms, or unlawful use of the service.

12. Intellectual Property

The software, its structure, and content belong exclusively to Nectar and are protected under intellectual property law. Any reproduction or modification requires written authorization from Nectar.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nectar's registered office.

14. Terms Modification

Nectar may modify these terms at any time with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. In case of disagreement, users may cancel from their personal account.
