Your patient follow-up no longer stops at the practice door
Your patient logs meals with a photo, messages you, fills in questionnaires. Before each appointment, AI follow-up tells you where they stand.
Built with dietitians • Hosted in France, HDS-certified
At a glance
- Free patient app on iOS and Android
- Photo food diary, with AI meal analysis
- Direct messaging, questionnaires and shared documents
- AI follow-up: where the patient stands in one click, on pseudonymised data
Between consultations you see nothing. Yet that's where everything happens.
Paper diaries get lost
Filled in the night before the appointment, from memory, if at all.
Questions go unanswered
A doubt on a Tuesday evening, and motivation drops before the next visit.
You start from scratch
Two hundred records: impossible to reread everything before each patient.
Your patient supported, every day
The app for them, AI follow-up for you.
Where your patient stands, before they walk in
Two hundred records, three weeks since you last opened this one, the patient arrives in five minutes.
One click, and Nectar does the follow-up you would have done by hand with more time: where the patient stands, what deserves your attention, whether the diary is usable.
- Diary adherence measured: volume, completeness, continuity
- Every point cites a dated data source, clickable in the record
- The points you keep drop into the consultation report, one click each
- To-do list on your dashboard: nothing slips between two consultations
No food, no calorie is sent to the model. AI follow-up reads how the diary was filled in and how the patient felt, on pseudonymised data.

Last 28 daysDiary adherence
Usable diary · 19 days out of 28, longest streak: 9 days
The diary stops dead after the 14th: no meal logged in the last five days.
Bloating reported three evenings in a row, always after a dinner marked “very full”.

The food diary fills itself from a photo. You stay in control.
Logging meals is friction number one, for you and for your patients. Nectar reads the meal photo, suggests foods from the Nectar database, and waits for your validation before adding anything.
A photo is enough
Your patient snaps their plate in the app. An optional note (cooking method, fat used, quantity) sharpens the analysis.
Nectar suggests
Dish recognised, foods detected, and even the likely ingredients the photo cannot show: cooking oil, butter, added sugar.
You validate
Tick, adjust a quantity, swap a food. Nothing reaches the diary without your say-so, and the nutritional values stay those of our own database.
The AI identifies foods. It never invents a nutritional value: every suggested food comes from the Nectar database, with its 70+ nutrients.
Let patients analyse for themselves
Turn photo analysis on for the patients who need it: they log a meal in three seconds, and you get a usable diary instead of an empty one.
“I feel much more confident in my work. There's an organisation that has emerged, a real fluidity. I know where I'm going, no more doubts, no more scattered thoughts. And it gives my patients much more concrete information, real added value at every consultation.”
